We are the industry’s preferred recruitment chef family, created by chefs for chefs. The reason we are preferred by our fellow chefs and business owners is that we have been in their shoes and we understand all the ins and outs of the day to day operations. Most importantly we are always reachable and there when you need chefs.
Within a very short period, we have managed to build a team of over a hundred skilful and happy chefs, providing excellent services to our clients. The rapport we have built with our chefs and clients have given us a great understanding of the industry’s needs and we are very passionate about each task that we take on.
We provide personalized services to our clients in many ways. For example; either Hakan, Marco or Claudio will always visit and study the kitchens at the first instance to make sure that we provide the businesses with the best possible chef match. The appointed chefs will be briefed and given the necessary induction/tools before their first shift. They will know enough information about each client they work with. Our executive chefs will then constantly monitor and support the kitchens to make sure that everyone is as satisfied as possible, if not more.
As well as providing temporary chefs to events or other businesses, we will find you permanent chefs for your businesses where and when needed.
